If you like building city and managing it, you might like this game with no advertisements. Build your own personal airport and send hundreds of flights into the sky.
Airport City is taking off in two exciting modes: you get the chance to build a modern airport, and build a city to support it.It’s a real life simulation game. While you’re managing your airport, flights will be traveling to every corner of the globe. You will meet interesting characters and complete collections of exotic items from around the world.
Like most city building games, Airport City offers a steady quest-driven storyline. As you build a city, the game will reward you and challenge you at the same time. You will have to plan ahead, watch your resources and define priorities just like in classic strategy games.
Goals: Build hangars and runways, Send planes to the far corners of the globe, Increase your level to unlock new destinations and buy new types of aircraft, Import rare items from far-off lands, Complete collections and exchange them for bonuses, Get exclusive gifts as rewards for passing themed quests, Build your own unique jet-setter city, Collect profits from commercial buildings and upgrade the infrastructure of your metropolis
. . . on a more serious note. Does anyone know of any airports, airport authorities, airport industry associations, or construction companies that build airports that need a good English-language wordsmith?
I ask because I’m trying to market myself as a contract writer/editor in the airport industry. I have a lot of experience, having been associate editor and then editor of Investor’s Digest of Canada in Toronto.
But now, having moved to Jerusalem, Israel, I’d like to start writing about airports and airport infrastructure. That’s why I did a search for airports on WordPress.
To see what I’ve written about airports, you can view my blog: Planes, trains in the 21st Century. (https://pfine1111.wordpress.com).
You can also see some of the pieces I’ve written on airports for the Intl. Airport Review which is published in London, England. (http://www.internationalairportreview.com/airport-extra).
Interestingly enough, the cluster of offices and businesses around Israel’s Ben-Gurion Airport is known as Airport City. The phenomenon of surrounding an airport with various businesses and offices is known as the aerotropolis. It’s a term that’s been studied extensively by John Kasarda, a professor at the University of North Carolina. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_D._Kasarda).
Thanks. And I hope everybody gets airborne!

Metroid on the NES and Fallout 4 on my PS4. My day job is testing cell phones but I don’t play many games on my phone.
