My sister suffered from depression… atleast there’s an easier way to learn to figure yourself out. I never knew about this one either……

Depression can be a big bother for those suffering from it and those surrounding them. Like a slow burning fire that starts as a glow and become a conflagration that burns everything in its way; depression had been ignored. It is only those coping with it or those that see their loved ones becoming less of a person each day while maintaining a facade of being cool and everything is alright that can appreciate Apps which help. A great job. Keep it up ! What about writing Apps?

It is interesting. Thank you for taking your time to spot good and useful applications. Though( this is not a critic it is personal opinion 🙂 ) though i believe that the best way it is to talk with someone we trust about our problems. Someone that can make as laugh and will be here to listen to us. But this application is a good start to make the good steps to a better behavior.

It’s very difficult to find people to reach out too and the societal pressure of outdoin does get in the way. Phones have become the best friend and ultimately it’s just to keep your brain happy . Thanks for comments it means a lot to me.

Interesting. I believe depression needs to be ‘cured’ by the person suffering from it, so these apps would be great to help any person on their journey.
